S&R Associates represented Mehru Electricals and Mechanical Engineers, a manufacturer of high-voltage instrument transformers for utilities, industries and power transmission networks, in the INR 1.2 billion sale of 51% of its share capital to Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited, a listed manufacturer of high-voltage electrical equipment and solutions.
