S&R Associates is representing Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, India’s only 100% institutionally managed office REIT, in its INR 17 billion proposed acquisition of 264,000 sq.ft. institutional quality office space located in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, in partnership with Prime Offices Fund, a commercial real estate-focused fund managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management (NCW).
