Tatva Legal, Hyderabad advised Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited in their acquisition of Care Diagnostics. Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (a subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise) is engaged in operating the largest chain of standardised primary healthcare models – (a) multispecialty clinics under the brand “Apollo Clinics” in India and the Middle East; (b) Diabetes management clinics – Apollo Sugar; and (c) Diagnostic Centres – Apollo Diagnostics. This acquisition aims at positioning Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited as a dominant player in Uttar Pradesh’s diagnostic and pathology sector.
The Firm assisted in due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents for the deal.
