TLH, Advocates & Solicitors, acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of Cloud4C, a global leader in AI-powered managed services and cloud infrastructure, in connection with its proposed acquisition by Capgemini.
TLH advised on key aspects of the transaction, including on transaction documents, transition & long-term support agreements, antitrust and regulatory approvals, and provided due diligence support.
The transaction was led by Founder & Managing Partner Shailendra Komatreddy and Partner Prateek Batra, supported by Senior Associate Dippyaman Bhattacharya, Associate Anirudh Krishna and Associate Sriharsha Madichetty.
