Trilegal advised ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company on the issuance of INR-denominated listed and unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating INR 1,400 crore, on a private placement basis. As transaction counsel, Trilegal was involved in drafting and providing regulatory advice on all relevant legal aspects in relation to the transaction.
