Trilegal advised Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services on its INR 2,996 crore rights issue. This transaction is among the first rights issues in India conducted under the SEBI (ICDR) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, following SEBI’s overhaul of the capital-raising process to facilitate faster and more efficient rights offerings. It also represents one of the largest rights issues by an NBFC in India in recent years.
