Trilegal advised on the sale of 17,56,01,314 equity shares of Adani Wilmar by one of its promoters, the Adani Group, through Adani Commodities LLP. The stake sale, totaling 13.51% of Adani Wilmar’s share capital, was executed via an offer for sale (OFS) through the stock exchange mechanism, with a total consideration of approximately INR 48.08 billion. The firm represented the syndicate of brokers, including Jefferies India, ICICI Securities, Nuvama Wealth Management, SBICAP Securities, and Antique Stock Broking.
