Bluspring Enterprises Limited is acquiring STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited (SESI), the India business of STEAG Power GmbH, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bluspring New Horizon One Private Limited.
SESI is a leading service provider in the power and energy sector, offering operations and maintenance (O&M), digital solutions, and engineering and advisory services across the electricity value chain. The company has a strong international footprint, including subsidiaries in Botswana and a joint venture in India, both of which will become step-down subsidiaries of Bluspring upon completion.
The acquisition will strengthen Bluspring’s capabilities across upstream and downstream power services and support its expansion in India and international markets.
Trilegal advised Bluspring Enterprises Limited on the transaction, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, and coordinating with Botswana counsel for regulatory approvals.
