Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Blueleaf Energy India Investment Pte. Ltd. (collectively “Blueleaf Energy”) in its proposed investment in 3 (three) SPVs owned by the Jakson Group, namely JGRJ One Solar Private Limited, JGRJ Two Solar Private Limited and JGRJ Solar Private Limited with an aggregate capacity of 1 GW and an aggregate enterprise value of $400 million.

The three SPVs are engaged in establishment and development of 3 (three) solar power projects located in Rajasthan, which were secured by Jakson via competitive bidding from Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Limited (formerly known as Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited) (RUVNL) Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), and National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC).
