Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised BOB Capital Markets Ltd (lead manager), on the fast-track rights issue of the Bank (the “Issue”) comprising of 14,16,86,767 equity shares of the Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited aggregating to INR 297.54 crore. The Bank has undertaken an equity fundraising almost after a decade and this was Bank’s second rights issue after the year 2008.
