The deal was led by Ankit Majmudar. The transaction team comprised Stuti Khosla, Vaibhav PD and Abhishek Jain. The diligence team comprised Stuti Khosla, Udepta Choudhury, Abhishek Jain, Swati Shekar, Vaibhav PD and Vinita Singh.
