Veritas Legal, Advocates and Solicitors acted for and advised Partners Group in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding in Ecom Express Limited to Delhivery, as part of an INR 1,407 crore all-cash secondary transaction. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Competition Commission Of India (CCI) and customary closing conditions.
