Dreamzest Technologies Private Limited (Karta AI), an AI-powered customer support platform, raised approximately US$3 million in a seed funding round led by PeerCapital and Cedar Hill Capital. The round also saw participation from CDM Capital and Seedstars.
Karta AI builds agentic AI for financial institutions, automating complex inbound customer interactions across voice and chat, including payments, cards, loans and insurance claims. The platform handles around 2 million customer conversations a month across more than 25 languages. Its AI agents automate customer interactions across voice, chat and email, helping businesses streamline customer service and improve operational efficiency.
Vertices Partners acted as legal counsel to Karta AI and its promoters. The team was led by Vinayak Burman and Manu Varghese.
Mārga Law handled the legal due diligence on Karta AI for the transaction.
SAMVĀD acted as legal counsel to CDM Capital Fund I in connection with its investment in the seed funding round of Karta AI.
The team comprised Partner Gauri Khanna, Associate Ayush Rastogi and Associate Anuja Jha.
SKS Advisor acted as legal counsel to WYSER, which invested in the US$3 million seed funding round of Karta AI.
