Wadia Ghandy & Co. recently advised and acted as the investor counsel for Neo Asset Management Private Limited, in connection with issuance of unlisted non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 175 crores by Agilemed Investments Private Limited, a promoter entity of Medplus Group.
