Weil, Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Devevoise & Plimpton Act On Mitie Group’ Acquisition By OCS

Weil, Linklaters, Clifford Chance and Debevoise & Plimpton advised on OCS Group International’s £3.1 billion acquisition of Mitie Group.

OCS Group International Limited has agreed to acquire Mitie Group plc in a recommended cash transaction valuing Mitie at approximately £3.1 billion.

The proposed combination will bring together two complementary facilities management businesses, creating a UK-headquartered international facilities management group with enhanced capabilities across government, defence, healthcare, national infrastructure, life sciences and commercial markets.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to shareholder approval, regulatory clearances and other customary closing conditions.

Weil advised OCS Group International Limited on the acquisition.
