Providence Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Hometrack, a leading provider of residential real estate valuation, property risk data and analytics in the UK and the Netherlands, from Zoopla Property Group (ZPG). Under ZPG’s ownership, Hometrack has grown into a leading provider of residential real estate data and analytics, currently servicing 16 of the Top 20 UK mortgage lenders and all of the Top 14 Dutch mortgage lenders. Providence will support continued investment in innovation, product development and customer service as Hometrack builds on its market-leading position.
