Willkie, Khaitan Act On Veeam Software’s $1.72 Bn Acquisition Of Securiti AI

Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP along with Khaitan & Co advised on Veeam Software’s USD 1.72 billion acquisition of Securiti AI.

On October 21, Veeam announced it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Securiti AI, the pioneer of the Data Command Center, a platform that unifies data intelligence and security controls for data across the hybrid multi-cloud. Together, Veeam and Securiti will help customers understand their full data estate, while providing security, along with recovery and rollback, to unleash the value of their data for AI.

Willkie is representing Veeam Software, the global leader by market share in data resilience and portfolio company of Insight Partners, in its acquisition of Securiti AI, a leader in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) that also spans privacy, governance, access, and AI trust across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS platforms, for $1.725 billion.

Khaitan & Co advised Veeam Software on the India aspects of its acquisition of Securiti AI for USD 1.72 billion.
