Kirkland & Ellis announced that Maroussia Cuny will join the Firm as a Partner in the Debt Finance Practice Group.
“Maroussia is a talented finance lawyer with extensive experience advising on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions and we’re excited to welcome her to Kirkland,” said Vincent Ponsonnaille, a Kirkland corporate Partner based in the Paris and London offices.
Ms. Cuny advises sponsors, financial institutions, debt funds and corporate clients across a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, debt restructuring and general banking.
