Desai & Diwanji announced recently that Rohan Kumar has joined their Mumbai office as a Partner. Prior to joining the firm, Rohan was a Partner at JSA.
Rohan regularly advises leading multinational and Indian corporates, PE & VC funds, family offices and other corporate clients on a variety of transactional and related corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity & venture capital. Rohan has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on transactions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters and strategic legal advisory across a range of sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, hospitals and healthcare, insurance and technology.
