DSK Legal has announced the appointment of Hema Patnaik and Rangam Sharma as Associate Partners in their Corporate team.
Hema brings over 12 years of experience in general corporate, M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and strategic investments, with significant expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple sectors. A graduate of the National Law University, Odisha (2014), she joins from M/s Trilegal.
Rangam brings over 10 years of experience advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital, venture debt, corporate governance, and crisis management matters. A graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Noida (2016), he also joins from M/s Trilegal.
