Hiral Motta has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice. She will be based out of the Mumbai office.
Hiral has over twenty years of experience in real estate sector. She has been involved in several real estate transactions involving FDI investment, acquisition of agricultural lands, drafting of transaction documents–acquisition/disposal, leasing and development.

Hiral joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. In 2007. She has also worked with K Raheja Corp as Vice President Legal for Commercial vertical. Hiral graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2005.
