IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP has announced the appointment of Vishnu Chandran as a Partner, who will be leading its upcoming new office in Indira Nagar, Bengaluru.
Chandran completed his law from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2011. He has over 15 years of experience advising on matters related to private equity, venture capital funds, corporates on investments, exits, and M&A transactions.
Before he joined IC RegFin Legal, Vishnu was associated with Lexygen for 15 years.
