Joseph brings over 17 years of experience and a remarkable track record of representing clients in Singapore court and Singapore-law related arbitration proceedings. Joseph also has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters in Singapore, as well as advising corporations on corruption, fraud, and compliance investigations.
Joseph was previously a Partner of Shook Lin & Bok LLP, a renowned firm in Singapore, and, as external counsel, had worked very successfully with Nishimura & Asahi in the past.
