JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), has announced the strengthening of its corporate practice with the addition of Sayan Ghose as Partner in its Mumbai office.
Sayan brings over a decade of experience advising on a wide spectrum of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, co-investment structures, joint ventures, restructurings, and post-acquisition integration. He has extensive experience representing private equity funds, strategic investors, corporate houses, promoters, and founders in complex domestic and cross-border transactions across diverse sectors, including real estate, financial services, AI, software services, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, food and agri-tech, and med-tech.
Prior to joining JSA, Sayan was with the corporate practices of leading law firms, Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
Sayan has worked on several notable transactions and advised large private equity funds in multiple acquisitions and exits in the real estate space.
Sayan holds a B.S.L., LL.B. degree from the University of Pune and is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
At JSA, Sayan will be working with Partner Vikram Raghani, who will also serve as his mentor.
