JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s leading law firms, announced the elevation of 20 attorneys to Retained Partners, which includes 7 Women Retained Partners.
This reiterates JSA’s focus on diversity and inclusion, with nearly half of the Firm’s attorneys being women attorneys.
Overall, more than 110 attorneys have been promoted this year, including the recent expansion of homegrown Equity Partners, taking the JSA Partner count to 183.
Announcing the Retained Partner elevations, Vivek Chandy and Amar Gupta, Joint Managing Partners, JSA Advocates & Solicitors, said, “We congratulate the new retained Partners and Attorneys on their elevation, and wish them great success, as they begin a significant new phase in their careers. The new cohort of Partners has consistently demonstrated top-tier capabilities aligned to JSA’s focus on specialisation, excellence in delivery and ability to consistently exceed client expectations. We are confident that clients will benefit from the strong technical knowledge, global perspective, commercial focus, and dynamic approach of these young Partners, which are of immense value in today’s evolving times.”
The latest round of promotions showcases representation from across JSA’s three broad practice areas – Corporate, Disputes, and Finance, which house 20 sectoral teams, offering specialist advice across 30 service lines.
Vivek and Amar added, “These promotions are a testament to JSA’s unique meritocratic approach and enabling culture, which nurtures in-house talent to achieve specialisation.
We are sure these partners will contribute immensely to the continued growth of the Firm and their respective teams.”
