Khaitan & Co. has announced that Kinshuk Jhunjhunwala has joined as a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice in Mumbai.
Kinshuk has over 16 years of experience, he specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, advising clients across sectors including IT/ITES, healthcare, real estate and manufacturing. He is dual qualified and has worked at law firms in India and the UK. Prior to joining the Firm, Kinshuk was a Partner at AZB & Partners (Mumbai). His joining will further strengthen the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice.
Kinshuk is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and a Solicitor of England & Wales. He completed his BA LLB in 2010 from NUJS, Kolkata.
