Mills Oakley Adds Chris Brodrick, Sarah Fountain & Johnathan Ivanisevic As Partners

Leading Australian law firm Mills Oakley has appointed three market leading partners to reinforce its Commercial Disputes and Insurance practices.

These strategic hires bring the firm’s national partnership to more than 175.

Jonathan Ivanisevic (Commercial Disputes and Insolvency) brings a strong reputation in commercial litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has represented publicly listed and private companies, executive officers and individuals in landmark disputes and litigious matters spanning the mining, manufacturing, transport, tourism and agribusiness sectors. Jonathan is based in Mills Oakley’s Brisbane office.

Chris Brodrick (Commercial Disputes and Insolvency) is a leading disputes and insolvency practitioner with over 25 years’ experience, with a particular focus on corporations’ law, property, finance, and trusts. He has advised prominent domestic and international property organisations and regularly represents clients in ASIC investigations and regulatory proceedings. Chris is based in Mills Oakley’s Melbourne office and brings the number of Commercial Disputes and Insolvency partners nationally to 23.

Sarah Fountain (Insurance) is widely regarded for her expertise in professional indemnity claims, construction litigation, regulatory investigations, and insurance coverage advice. She has a strong track record advising on complex, high-profile matters and is known for her strategic approach to navigating commercial and regulatory risk. Sarah is based in Mills Oakley’s Melbourne office.
