Experienced commercial disputes lawyer Mohammed Reza has joined Withers KhattarWong LLP, the Singapore member of Withers, as a Partner and Head of International Arbitration for Singapore.
Reza joins Withers from another leading international firm, where he led the Singapore dispute resolution practice. He brings extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, adeptly handling trial, appellate matters, arbitrations and investigations for clients across various sectors, including banking and investment, energy, insurance, sport, and diverse corporate disputes. His expertise is particularly strong in cross-border disputes.

Reza is an elected Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and serves as a Specialist Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre. Reza actively contributes to the legal community through his roles on committees within the Law Society of Singapore and Pro Bono SG.
