Ropes & Gray announced that Michael (Mike) Brueck will join the firm as an M&A partner in the New York office, further enhancing the firm’s premier M&A capabilities and advancing its strategic growth in real estate and infrastructure transactions.
Mike represents buyers, sellers, and boards of directors in complex public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, as well as in corporate governance and activism defense matters. He also has extensive experience working with public companies and private equity clients on their most important real estate and infrastructure M&A transactions.
