Sharon Teoh Rejoins Adnan Sundra & Low As A Partner

Adnan Sundra & Low announced that Sharon Teoh has rejoined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance Practice Group.

Sharon was previously a Managing Associate at the firm until February 2024. Her return will further strengthen the firm’s Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice.

Sharon specialises in banking, finance, and capital markets, advising local and foreign financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated financing, including Islamic structures. Her expertise spans debt capital markets, including bonds, sukuk, and asset-backed securitization, as well as ESG-linked issuances.

During her time away from the firm, Sharon served as a Legal Counsel at Ant Group. In this in-house role, she specialised in global treasury arrangements, advising on cross-border financing, liquidity, and derivatives, further sharpening her commercial judgment and cross-border legal expertise.
