AZB & Partners acted for Global Health Limited (Medanta) and Dr. Narayan Dutt Shrimali Foundation International Charitable Trust Society in relation to their Operations and Management agreement for a 750-bed super specialty hospital in Pitampura area of Delhi with a capital expenditure of Rs. 600 crores.
Deal team compromised of Senior Partner Niladri Maulik, Partner Anshuman Vikram Singh, Associates Samarth Shandilya, Prashant Dutta and Shivangi Bhardwaj.
