Our firm provided strategic advice to Draftspotting Technologies Private Limited (Spotdraft) and its founders in relation to the Series B fund raise by Spotdraft from certain existing and new investors. The round was led by Vertex and Trident with participation from existing investors being Premji Invest, Unitary Fund, Volrado Venture Partners, Naspers, LogX, Straits Strategic Advisors India LLP. The deal itself is valued at approximately $54 million.
