AZB & Partners Advises Afcons & Goswami Infra On The Largest IPO By An EPC Infra Company In India
AZB & Partners recently advised Afcons Infrastructure Limited and its promoters including Goswami Infratech Private Limited (promoter selling share holder), on the Initial Public Offer by Afcons. This IPO aggregated to Rs 5430 Crore which is the largest IPO by an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), infrastructure company in India.
