TTA Advised Blueleaf Energy On Its Proposed Investment In 3 SPVs Owned By Jakson Group
Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Blueleaf Energy India Investment Pte. Ltd. (collectively “Blueleaf Energy”) in its proposed investment in 3 (three) SPVs owned by the Jakson Group, namely JGRJ One Solar Private Limited, JGRJ Two Solar Private Limited and JGRJ Solar Private Limited with an aggregate capacity of 1 GW and an aggregate enterprise value of $400 million.
The three SPVs are engaged in establishment and development of 3 (three) solar power projects located in Rajasthan, which were secured by Jakson via competitive bidding from Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Limited (formerly known as Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited) (RUVNL) Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), and National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC).

TTA Advised Quadria Capital In Acquisition Of Minority Shareholding In Aragen Life Sciences
Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Quadria Capital in its acquisition of minority shareholding in Aragen Life Sciences Limited through a combination of primary and secondary investment for USD 100 million. This funding will support Aragen’s strategic expansion of its capabilities and infrastructure, enabling Aragen to meet the growing demand for outsourcing services from innovators in the US and Europe. With this investment, Quadria joins Goldman Sachs as the second strategic investor in Aragen and this partnership solidifies Aragen’s reputation for delivering high-quality “concept to clinic” and “concept to commercial” services to its global customer base comprising all sectors of health – Human, Animal and Plant.
