JSA Advised Fujiyama Power Systems In Proposed IPO Worth Rs.700 Cr
JSA is advising Fujiyama Power Systems Limited, a manufacturer of products and a solution provider in the roof-top solar industry (including solar panels, inverters and batteries), in relation to its proposed initial public offering (the “IPO”) comprising a fresh issue of up to INR 7,000.00 million and an offer for sale of up to 20,000,000 equity shares by certain promoters.
