Trilegal Advised ICICI Prudential On The Issuance Of NCDs Worth Rs.1400 Cr
Trilegal advised ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company on the issuance of INR-denominated listed and unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating INR 1,400 crore, on a private placement basis. As transaction counsel, Trilegal was involved in drafting and providing regulatory advice on all relevant legal aspects in relation to the transaction.
The transaction was led by Banking and Finance Partner Joseph Jimmy and the team comprised Counsel Tania Chourasia, and Associates Yajat Bansal and Shreyaa Mohanty.
