Wadia Ghandy & Co. represented the Runwal Group in the their acquisition of development rights of a Slum Rehabilitation Scheme spread across 3 acres in Chembur, Mumbai. The real estate transaction was handled by Partners Krishna Balaji Moorthy and Bhakti M Mehta. The Runwal Group raised the finance from Motilal Oswal and this funding leg of the transaction was handled by Jash Aggarwal. Managing Partner Dhaval J Mehta provided overall guidance in the said transaction.
