SNG & Partners Advised SBI On ₹443 Crore Loan To Rupa Group
SNG & Partners has successfully advised State Bank of India (SBI) on the sanctioning of ₹443.25 crore in LRD Term Loan Facilities to Rupa Renaissance Limited and Rupa Infotech & Infrastructure Private Limited. The funding will be utilized for refinancing an existing facility, construction of ongoing projects, and the acquisition of operational warehouse projects in Navi Mumbai and other parts of Mumbai.
The transaction team consisted of Anju Gandhi (Partner), rashmi raveendran (Associate Partner), Mukti Jagirdar (Associate) and Arnab Das (Associate).
