AZB & Partners Advised Birla Estates & Vardhita Properties On JV With Mitsubishi Real Estate
AZB & Partners acted for Birla Estates Private Limited and Vardhita Properties Private Limited in relation to Birla Estates Private Limited entering into a joint venture with reputed global investor Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd., for a ₹560 Crore investment in Vardhita Properties Private Limited, which is engaged in the development of residential housing in Southeast Bengaluru.
The deal team comprised Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Partner Malaveeka Chakravarthy, Senior Associates Anish Patel, Vyoma Mehta, and Associate Avani Laad. They were supported on the financing aspects by Senior Partner Anand Shah, Partner Shivanand Nayak, Senior Associate Sneh Choudhary, Associate Mayukh Mandal and Articled Clerk Karan Nair, and on the real estate aspects by Partner Ruchit Parikh.
