It was announced recently, that Trilegal partnership has voted to welcome Abhishek Guha, Tanya Uppal and Mahesh Wasadikar to equity partnership. All three were formerly Partners with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM).

Abhishek Guha was a Partner at SAM specialising in Private Equity investments, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Tanya Uppal who was also with SAM, has over 14 years of experience, and is an expert in Private Equity, M&A well as Capital Markets.
Mahesh Wasadikar’s practice focuses on private equity investments, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across sectors, commercial contracts and corporate advisory.
