Veritas Legal and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) advised on 360 ONE’s INR 1,125 crore investment in Arliga Ecoworld an SPV of Brookfield India REIT.
360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited has made a structured investment of approximately INR 1,125 crore in Arliga Ecoworld Business Parks Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and SPV of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust.
The transaction involved 360 ONE subscribing to approximately 13.03% of the equity share capital of Arliga Ecoworld, with the balance investment being made through subscription to non-convertible debentures.
Veritas Legal, Advocates and Solicitors advised 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited on the transaction.
