Ropes & Gray along with Weil, Gotshal and Manges advised on $4+ billion investment in DeployCo, an OpenAI Deployment company, led by Advent, Bain and Brookfield.
DeployCo is in a new multi-year partnership between OpenAI and 19 leading global investment firms, consultancies, and system integrators, designed to help organizations build and deploy AI systems across critical business functions.
The platform will launch with more than $4 billion in initial investment, which will be used to scale operations and acquire companies that accelerate DeployCo’s mission of enabling broadly beneficial AI deployment.
Ropes & Gray represented Advent and Bain in connection with their investment in DeployCo.
