Veritas Legal and Mediums advised on ADM Group’s acquisition of controlling stake in C.C.S. Advance Tech Co. Ltd, Thailand (CCSA).
ADM Jioinfiex India Private Limited, part of ADM Group, has acquired a controlling stake in C.C.S. Advance Tech Co. Ltd, a precision machining and engineering company based in Thailand.
The transaction enables ADM Group to expand its presence in Thailand and tap into growing demand from semiconductor fabrication, aerospace, and medical device industries. The deal marks ADM Group’s first entry into the Thai market.
Veritas Legal acted as legal counsel to ADM Jioinfiex India Private Limited (ADM Group) in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake in C.C.S. Advance Tech Co. Ltd.
