IC RegFin Legal Partners and Sarvaank Associates have advised on the first institutional funding round of MOI SOI, owned by Ceres Foods Private Limited. The round saw participation from Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Ventures and GVFL.
MOI SOI is a pan-Asian food brand offering sauces, chilli oils, noodles, ready-to-eat curries, and Asian beverages. The company intends to expand its portfolio across multiple cuisines and formats, including Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese offerings, while strengthening its presence across quick commerce platforms and modern trade channels.
IC RegFin Legal Partners advised Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting on its investment in MOI SOI as part of the company’s first institutional funding round.

Sarvaank Associates represented GVFL in its co-investment alongside Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Ventures in the funding round.
