Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) and Universal Legal have advised on Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited’s acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Arai Solutions Private Limited from its founders, Roland Erik Haas, and Asoke Kumar Talukder, for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 11 crore (approximately USD 1.15 million).
Pursuant to the transaction, Arai Solutions has become a wholly owned subsidiary of IKS. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening IKS’ existing capabilities and care management workflows while accelerating its AI-focused research and development initiatives in the healthcare technology sector.
SAM advised Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited on this transaction.
