Trilegal and Latham & Watkins have advised on Ola Electric Mobility Limited’s qualified institutional placement (QIP), raising approximately US$81 million.
Ola Electric Mobility is a vertically integrated energy and mobility platform with capabilities across electric vehicles, lithium-ion cell technology, and battery energy storage systems. The company filed its preliminary placement document on June 1, 2026, and its placement document on June 4, 2026.
