Khaitan & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on the sale by F.I.L.A. Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini S.p.A. (FILA) of 4,248,184 equity shares in DOMS Industries Limited, representing approximately 7.00% of the company’s share capital, for an aggregate consideration of approximately ₹934.74 crore.
The sale was undertaken on 17 June 2026 through transactions executed on the floors of the NSE and BSE.
Khaitan & Co advised FILA, the seller, on the transaction.
