Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and DSK Legal advised on Terminal Investment Limited’s (TiL) $1.3 billion investment in Adani Vizhinjam Port for a 49% stake.

The transaction is subject to customary approvals, including regulatory ones. TiL will invest USD 1.397 billion, equivalent to its proportionate 49% share of USD 2.85 billion.

DSK Legal advised and assisted Terminal Investment Limited, the container terminal operating and investing arm of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, world’s largest transport and logistics conglomerate, in connection with its partnership with Adani Ports and SEZ, pursuant to which Til will invest for 49% stake in Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited, the concessionaire for Vizhinjam Port.
