Energage, the human resources technology company behind the Top Workplaces employer recognition program, has merged with Engagedly, an AI-powered talent management platform.
The transaction combines Energage’s workplace culture and employee engagement expertise with Engagedly’s talent management platform, creating an integrated HR technology platform.

DSK Legal advised Energage on the Indian law aspects of the transaction, including conducting due diligence on Engagedly’s Indian operations, reviewing the merger agreement, and assisting with the closing of the transaction.
