Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MarketAxess Holdings Inc. For a total enterprise value of approximately $5.7 billion. The transaction will combine ICE’s and MarketAxess’ fixed income platforms, creating an integrated ecosystem spanning execution, data, indices and analytics.
